PRAYER FOCUS: With health concerns we remember Sharon Olejniczak, Virginia Livermore, Laura Lee Williams, William Gile (Marjorie Ness's father). 

THE OUTREACH LEADERSHIP TEAM meets this afternoon in the Junior Room at 3:00.  We seek your participation in sharing God with co-workers, family and neighbors. We want to develop an atmosphere in which all are comfortable with "evangeliving."  We each have a part to play in this new and exciting direction that  the College Church and other SDA churches are taking in order to spread the word of Christ.  Join us and find your spot in making a difference in our community.  Meetings are open to all church members and visitors.

REGISTRATION FORMS for Little Lambs, Eager Beavers & Adventurers are on the children's table. Participants must be registered before this Monday.

THE CHURCH OFFICE will be closed this Monday for Labor Day.

PRAYING FOR OUR CHILDREN: This Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. in the Chapel. 

MUSIC MINISTRIES: Please note slight time changes from last year for the Wednesday afternoon choirs. Please take the opportunity to receive and to be a blessing in music!

  • Good Shepherd Choir: Grades K–3, Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m. starting this Wednesday.
  • Young Musicians' Choir: Grades 4–8, Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m. starting this Wednesday.

A/V DINNER/MEETING: The A/V team has a fellowship dinner/meeting after church today at Scott & Betsy Sassone's house. All who are able please attend and bring a prepared entree, and the Sassones will provide salad and dessert. 131 Settler's Path, Lancaster. SCRAPBOOKERS: Bring your favorite dessert and join us tonight at 7:30 p.m. for a fun, relaxing evening of fellowship and scrapbooking at Tamara Terry's home in Clinton. 978-333-1801.

MINI-GOLF/ICE-CREAM SOCIAL: Join the social committee tomorrow at 4:00 p.m. for before-school-starts mini-golf at Mulligan's in Sterling, followed by ice cream at Rota Springs. See Darla Stong for a dollar towards your treat. Need directions? Also contact Darla at 978-582-0252.

CANCER SUPPORT: This Monday at 5:00 p.m. in the Junior Room. 

BROWNING/SOUTH LANCASTER ACADEMY would like to welcome your children into our school family as school starts this Monday. Each child is special to God and to our school. We are still taking applications for preschool–12th grade. For info or an admission packet, please stop by Browning or call 978-368-8544 ext. 106. 

ATLANTIC UNION COLLEGE: Registration is this Monday and classes start Tuesday. Area residents age 65 and older may take one course each semester free through the traditional day program. Contact the registrar at 978.368.2218 for more information.

WELCOME, GUESTS! Please join us for a picnic at Ralph & Debbie
Gifford's home after church today. Directions are on the yellow half-
sheets on the information post. Members: Please bring food to feed
guests as well as your own family.

SHARE HIM: Attention all who want to know more about the Outreach
Leadership Team (OLT) and the new ministries being planned. Join us
this afternoon at 3:00 p.m. in the Junior Room. We all have a part in
the "evangeliving" efforts. This meeting is open to visitors and

  • With health concerns we remember Virginia Livermore, Ann Parrish, Elsa Zinke (Dot Livergood's mother), Laura Lee Williams, William Gile (Marjorie Ness's father).
  • In bereavement we remember the family of Savannah Hurley, the eight-year old girl in Maine previously on our prayer list, who died of leukemia August 1.

SHARE HIM 

  • Conference-wide Rally: Today at 3:00 p.m. in the SNEC campground main pavilion.  All are invited to share their ministries and to learn ways of starting new ones.  

FINANCE COMMITTEE: This Monday at 7:00 p.m. 

CHURCH BOARD: This Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.

NEXT SABBATH, August 16, there will be a picnic at Ralph & Debbie Gifford's home. Please bring food to feed guests as well as your own family.
