PRAYER FOCUS
Please pray for AUC, SLA and Browning. With health concerns we remember Susan Willoughby, Ann Parrish, Peggy Day, Stan Collins, Sharon Olejniczak, Regina Preston, Carolyn Stump, Jim Norcliffe, and their families. We also remember the concerns in the foyer prayer book.

In bereavement we remember the family of Jerry Santana, Lucy’s brother, who passed away Tuesday evening.

A MEMORIAL SERVICE for O. Lynn Davidson will be held in the Sanctuary this afternoon at 4:00. All are encouraged to attend and bring their favorite "Mr. D" stories for sharing. Following there will be a memorial dedication at SLA.

BONFIRE VESPERS, HAYRIDE & CAMP SUPPER Tonight at 5:30 meet at the fire bowl down by the lake at Camp Winnekeag for a church social. Wear warm clothes, bring a blanket or two if necessary and bring a hearty appetite! (Hope you signed up because the deadline has passed!) There is a small charge for camp usage. ADVENTURER CLUB MEETING today at 5:30 p.m. at Camp Winnekeag. This is the first organizational meeting. Anyone in grades 1–4 is welcome. You must have signed up by last Thursday for tonight’s outing, however. For more information, call Tamara Terry at 978.333.1801.

“A NIGHT TO REMEMBER” An evening of poetry and prose by the favorite authors of students, faculty, alumni, and friends of South Lancaster Academy and Atlantic Union College. Next Saturday evening, September 22, at 8:00 p.m. in Machlan Auditorium. This is an event celebrating the 125th year of SLA/AUC. No admission charge.

THE FINANCE COMMITTEE will meet this Monday at 7:00 p.m.

BUSINESS MEETING this Tuesday evening 7:00! Please be present. Our project Committee determined a new roof for the College Church is imperative before snow flies. Exterior pointing is also a high priority. This business meeting is called to officially approve our capital projects and authorize the request to borrow construction monies as per conference policy. MUSIKGARTEN/PLAYTIME will begin this Wednesday, September 12, at 9:30 a.m. Invite your neighbors, relatives and friends to join you for this fun time for pre-school children and parents.
