GC President to Speak to Youth in NYC and Online on March 29

Seventh-day Adventist World Church president Jan Paulsen will meet
with 30 students and young professionals in the heart of New York
City on Thursday, March 29, for another "Let's Talk" broadcast. This
marks the 15th conversation in the Let's Talk series featuring live,
unscripted, unedited conversations with young people focusing on
their questions, concerns, and hopes.

"It's great Pastor Paulsen is talking to the church [from] one of the
world's largest cities," says Bryan Collick, 27, Let's Talk NYC host.
"It's refreshing to see the leader of the Adventist Church not only
speaking to young people, but accessing all demographics through
these open conversations."

A unique aspect of this broadcast is that another production will
tape at the same time, "Let's Talk*Behind the Scenes." This
documentary will take a look at how the Let's Talk initiative started
and show how the broadcasts are made. Let's Talk*Behind the Scenes
will air at a later date.

Let's Talk NYC can be seen live on Thursday, March 29 at 7:00 p.m. on
the Hope Channel or on the Internet at www.hopetv.org. For more
information and broadcast schedules, visit the Let's Talk Web site,

www.letstalk.adventist.org, or the Hope Channel Web site.

EVERY DAY ADVENTIST WORLD RADIO receives messages describing in vivid detail listener’s attachment to AWR broadcasts. An AWR producer in Africa wrote: “Some of those who do not know any other language apart from Dinka sold goats and bought shortwave radios in order to listen to AWR. Last week I even got a message from one lady asking me to buy a shortwave radio for her.” Today alone, AWR will broadcast programs all over the world in nearly 70 languages for 100 hours by shortwave radio, AM/FM networks and satellite. By generously giving to the ASR Annual Offering today, you will give millions of people what could be their only chance to hear about Jesus.
