Prayer Focus & Key Announcements, Jan. 28, 2006

PRAYER FOCUS With health concerns we remember Dennis Williams, Judy Brown, Lillian Peckham, Baby Jane Kungie, Henry Livergood, Dorothea Scoble, Shelley Morrison, Sharon Olejniczak, Carolyn Stump, Ottilie Stafford, Ed Fortmiller, Jim Norcliffe, Shawn Bisson, and their families. We also think of the concerns in our prayer book in the foyer.

The lives of four South Lancaster Academy students and their families were changed forever Friday, January 20, when they were involved in a car accident in Sterling. We continue to pray for the recovery of Nelson Perry and Jody Fouche. Nelson is home. Jody is still in very serious condition in the hospital. We mourn with the families of Ian Brown and Victor Owusu, who did not survive the crash. Both families have requested that in lieu of flowers donations be applied in their name to the scholarship fund of South Lancaster Academy.

TODAY’S SABBATH FLOWERS are presented in appreciation to all who do so much to provide a smooth-running, loving, caring, beautiful church—wonderful music, super children’s programs, great youth involvement, meaningful worship services and everything else that’s so good. Praise God! A Thankful Church Couple
