Prayer Focus & Key Announcements for Nov. 12, 2005

WILLIAM NESS IN RECITAL 7:30 pm this Friday at the First Baptist Church, 111 Park Ave., Worcester. He will play great organ music of the 19th century, including works by Mendelssohn, Widor and Liszt. See bulletin board for more.


THE COLLEGE CHURCH congratulates Dr. Babcock and the college for the hard work done to accomplish with God’s help the accreditation status now enjoyed! Let us all do our part to support Atlantic Union College.

ATLANTIC UNION COLLEGE
* Thayer Young Artists Concert: Enjoy the talents of young AUC musicians tonight at 8:00 pm in Machlan Auditorium. Fifteen music majors will perform. One of them will win $1000! Don’t miss the music and the excitement!.

THE FINANCE COMMITTEE will meet this Monday at 7:00 pm.

THE CHURCH BOARD will meet this Tuesday at 7:00 pm.

STARTING NEXT SABBATH and continuing through January 21, the 8:15 church service will meet with the 11:00 service.

NEXT SABBATH the Sabbath School program will be brought to us by members of the Robertson/McLean Class. Please join us for a Thanks-giving celebration!"

THANKSGIVING HARVEST is next Sabbath. Do you have neighbors, friends, acquaintances or others here in this community who could benefit from a food box? Please turn in names, family size, and address complete with phone number to the church office by this Wednesday, November 16. Bring bags of food for the harvest—items you’d appreciate receiving. We plan to do 55 boxes, so if you could donate that many of the same item, please bring it to the Earliteen Room ahead of time. Would you be willing to deliver a box or boxes that Sabbath afternoon? Ministry of Nurture
