Key Announcements for Feb. 23, 2008
Several key announcements are below. Please remember that it is assumed you are reading them Sabbath morning. There will be additional important announcements in Sabbath's bulletin.
PRAYER FOCUS With health concerns we remember two-year-old Jane with pneumonia (Betty Lang’s granddaughter), Edith Jarschke (Annette Siver’s mother), Scott Handel (a friend of Darla Stong), Ethel Jensen and their families. We also remember the concerns in the foyer prayer book.
In bereavement we remember with sadness the passing of Nathan, Lillian O’Handley’s grandson and the nephew of Christine & Bill Bachant. We prayed for Nathan’s little daughter Lillian (Lily) with health concerns a while back. She’s nearing the end of her treatments. Please remember this family in your prayers.
WELCOME GUESTS! Following the 11:00 a.m. worship service today we invite you to our dinner in the Fellowship Hall, hosted by the Sanctuary/Left Side & Spanish Sabbath School classes. Next week is our all-church planned dinner. Please bring soup and dessert or relishes (carrots, celery, olives, tomatoes, etc) and dessert. No one will be in the kitchen during the worship services, so bring your items ready to serve. Thanks, Jane
