Key Announcements for Jan. 12, 2008

PRAYER FOCUS With health concerns we remember Roy & Betsy Latimer (Holly Nosek’s parents), Nelle Steiner (wife of Stanley Steiner, former College Church pastor and SNEC president), June Harris, Leslie Carr (Lance Harris’ mother-in-law), Richard Brown, Tim Millet, Beverly Hall, Ethel Jensen, Peggy Day, Sharon Olejniczak and their families. We also remember the concerns in the foyer prayer book.

WELCOME, GUESTS! We invite you to our fellowship dinner in the Fellowship Hall today, hosted by the Robertson and Chapman Sabbath School classes. Plan to bring your food ready to serve as we will not be working in the kitchen during the service. Darla Stong and Wanda Munding will host next week’s haystack lunch. THE OUTREACH LEADERSHIP TEAM meets today at 2:30 p.m. in the Junior Room. All are welcome to attend and hear about the exciting and creative ways we are sharing Jesus Christ in our community, and the blessings happening at the Lancaster Flea Market every Sunday. GAME NIGHT will take place tonight and January 26 at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. As usual bring snacks to share, your table games and appropriate shoes for ping-pong—always an opportunity to visit and fellowship. If you haven’t been before you’d “get a kick” out of seeing the little girls with their doll carriages racing around the room—and the little boys “finding” their place in all the fun!
