PRAYER FOCUS Please pray for AUC, SLA and Browning. With health concerns we remember Peter Jensen, Laura Lee Williams, Dorothea Scoble, Rose Marie Knott, Stan Collins (Ed’s dad), Sharon Olejniczak and her grandson Lanyia Johnson, Peggy Rittenhouse, Regina Preston, Carolyn Stump, Jim Norcliffe, and their families. We also remember the concerns in the foyer prayer book.
In bereavement we remember the family of Dorrett Channer (Milton Montaque’s mother), who passed away early Wednesday morning. Services will take place in Philadelphia. “We would like to express our thanks to everyone for their cards, kind words and prayers these past few months during Dorrett's illness. Your thoughtfulness and care has been very comforting to us.” The Montaque Family
WELCOME, GUESTS! Please join our church family at the Weisher’s after church today for a picnic lunch. Directions are on the Information Post in the foyer. It’s a bit of a drive (only 10 miles), but provides a wonderful, relaxing afternoon of fellowship. So do come! Next Sabbath’s picnic will be in Jack & Charlotte Creighton’s yard. Jane
SERVICES FOR LYNN DAVIDSON will be tomorrow at 2:00 p.m. at the Farmington, Maine SDA church (map available on the weblog at the College Church web site). There will be refreshments afterwards at the church. Then, anyone who wishes to do so may come up to the house, visit, see Lynn's place and relax in the lovely, peaceful spot that Lynn adored.
