Key Announcements for July 07, 2007

PRAYER FOCUS Please pray for AUC, SLA and Browning. With health concerns we remember Renate Wehtje, Dorothea Scoble, Rose Marie Knott, Dorrett Channer (Milton Montaque’s mom), Stan Collins (Ed’s dad), Sharon Olejniczak and her grandson Lanyia Johnson, Peggy Rittenhouse, Regina Preston, Carolyn Stump, Jim Norcliffe, and their families. We also remember the concerns in the foyer prayer book.

In bereavement we remember the family of Mary Tambolleo, who passed away Tuesday, June 19. She was 100.5 years old. Her memorial service will be tomorrow here in the Sanctuary at 12:30 p.m.

“SUNDAY IN THE SUN” begins tomorrow at 10:00 a.m. at Salisbury Beach State Park. Come any time and enjoy the sun and fellowship. As usual we park in the first parking lot and are to the left of the lifeguard stand. We’ll stay ‘til about 2:00 p.m. as the traffic is usually bad after that. THE KING’S HERALDS will be here at the College Church this Wednesday evening for a full evening of music beginning at 7:00. The story of Jesus will be told in a comfortable, musical way. Invite your friends! The King’s Heralds are the oldest, continuous gospel quartet in America. There will be something for everyone in the variety of quartet stylings you will hear. A free-will offering will be taken to further the ministries of the King’s Heralds. Recordings will also be available following the concert. Please Note: There will be no prayer meeting so that everyone may attend the concert.

OUTDOOR ELDERS MEETING next Sabbath afternoon, July 14, followng the Sabbath picnic in the Almeida’s yard. Also, elders may pick up their Q3 duty schedule in the deacon’s room. You should have gotten an email copy a couple of weeks ago. Ulises Poyser
