Key Announcements for Mar. 10, 2007
Remember that it is assumed you are reading these announcements on Sabbath morning.
PRAYER FOCUS Please pray for AUC, SLA and Browning. With health concerns we remember Mitchell Ray, Oscar Schmidt, Gertrude Malonis (Elizabeth Castle’s step-mother), Sharon Olejniczak, Carolyn Stump, Jim Norcliffe, and their families. We also remember the concerns in the foyer prayer book.
EVERY DAY ADVENTIST WORLD RADIO receives messages describing in vivid detail listener’s attachment to AWR broadcasts. An AWR producer in Africa wrote: “Some of those who do not know any other language apart from Dinka sold goats and bought shortwave radios in order to listen to AWR. Last week I even got a message from one lady asking me to buy a shortwave radio for her.” Today alone, AWR will broadcast programs all over the world in nearly 70 languages for 100 hours by shortwave radio, AM/FM networks and satellite. By generously giving to the ASR Annual Offering today, you will give millions of people what could be their only chance to hear about Jesus.
WELCOME, GUESTS! You are invited to Jack & Charlotte Creighton’s bed & breakfast hospitality room after the service today. See the Information Post in the foyer for directions. Next week is our monthly haystack lunch. Church family, please bring toppings and a dessert.
