Key Announcements for Dec. 23, 2006
Remember that it is assumed you are reading these announcements on Sabbath morning.
PRAYER FOCUS With health concerns we remember Kaj Sonne, Lillian O'Handley, Mary Tambolleo, NAD President Don Schneider, Eric Bartlett, Beryl Christoph, Ray Dow, Sharon Olejniczak, Carolyn Stump, Jim Norcliffe, and their families. We also remember the concerns in the foyer prayer book.
WE HOPE YOU ENJOYED breakfast in church. Because we had breakfast here, we won’t be serving lunch today.
YOU MAY STILL DONATE today to the Russian orphan project. Write your check to The Florida Hospital Foundation/Russia (your receipt will come directly from them) and give it to Jane personally instead of putting it in the offering plate. You may also still put toys, etc. in the green bin in the foyer today. “We’ll be praying for you, Sandee, as you travel. God bless you.” Your College Church Family
MESSIAH SING today at 3:00 p.m. in the Sanctuary. We'll be doing the Christmas portion and the Hallelujah Chorus, so it will be an enjoyable way to close the Sabbath. For more information, call Carol Swinyar at 978.368.2100 or Michelle Williams at 508.728.6495.
IF ADRA CAN RAISE $750,000 by December 25, those donations will be multiplied seven times because of a 7-for-1 matching grant. For more information or to donate, contact Tereza Byrne at 800.424.ADRA (2372).
OTTILIE STAFFORD’S memorial service will be this Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary, followed by a luncheon in the Fellowship Hall. Please bring a salad or a dessert, as there will be many out-of-town guests. If you have questions, please contact me. Jane
THE FAMILY OF MARY TAMBOLLEO invites her College Church family to a celebration of Mary’s 100 years of life, love and blessings, this Friday from 2:00–4:00 p.m. at the Oakdale Nursing Home, 76 N.
