Key Announcements for Sept. 16, 2006

Remember that it is assumed you are reading these announcements on Sabbath morning.

PRAYER FOCUS
With health concerns we remember Alberto Sbacchi, "Little Lillian" Peckham, Ray Dow, Sharon Olejniczak, Carolyn Stump, Ottilie Stafford, Jim Norcliffe, and their families. We also remember the concerns in the foyer prayer book.

WELCOME, GUESTS! We're so happy you're worshipping with us today. Join us after the 11:00 a.m. service for a picnic lunch in Ralph & Debbie Gifford's yard here in Lancaster. Directions are on the Information Post.

Next week's picnic will be at Coggshall Park in Fitchburg.

COOKOUT All are invited to Leominster State Forest tomorrow at 1:00 p.m.. Let us know if you have tomatoes from your garden for the veggie burgers & hot dogs. We'll provide the veggie burgers & hot dogs, buns, the rest of the fixings and drink. Please bring salads, chips & desserts. The Social Committee

COMMUNITY CAFÉ College Church members are needed to provide and serve food at the café tomorrow from 4:00–6:30 pm. Contact Pastor Elizabeth Castle if interested.

MUSIKGARTEN/PLAYTIME meets each Wednesday at 9:30 a.m. Invite your neighbors, relatives and friends to join you for this fun time for pre-school children and parents. This is a wonderful opportunity for outreach to the community. It includes play time, music, "circle time," a table activity and lunch finishing at 12:15 p.m. Questions? Ø   Children grades K–3 meet with the Good Shepherd Choir at 3:15 p.m.
Ø   Children grades 4–8 meet with the Young Musicians' Choir at 4:15 p.m.

PASTOR "MO'S" BAPTISMAL CLASS FOR KIDS meets each Wednesday at 3:15 p.m. in my office here at the church. Lots of you have requested baptism and others are interested, so "Y'all come"! Pastor "Mo"

MEN'S & WOMEN'S CHORUSES
Ø   Women's Chorus continues to meet on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. If Wednesday is not a possibility for you come on Thursday at 7:00 p.m. as we want to involve as many as possible. From there we'll see what happens! Carol Swinyar
Ø   Men's Chorus is Fridays at 6:30 p.m. Don't keep your voice a secret—we continue to hear and encourage great voices in our congregation to join! Ralph Dawkins
